ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed during weekdays (excluding holidays) before 11.30 am will be processed the same day and will be shipped within 48 hours (subject to card clearance and stock availability). Orders placed after 11.30 am will begin processing on the next business day.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

stig-p.com accepts Credit Cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Dankort, JCB and American Express. stig-p.com also accepts PayPal.

 

SHIPPING

We use GLS who usually delivers your order within 1-8 business days, depending on the country of delivery. Please note that a signature might be required when receiving the package. The carriers usually operate between 9am and 5pm during weekdays. To help ensure prompt delivery of your order, we recommend using a work address if possible. 

You will receive an order confirmation with your tracking number as soon as we have processed your order, then you can easily keep track of your package.

Once stig-p.com have delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you (the customer) will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You (the customer) are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. stig-p.com is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.

 

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE 

stig-p.com accepts returns and exchanges on all items if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Within 14 days after delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of the items, which you must return to us with tags and in unused condition, accompanied by the original invoice. If an item is returned in used condition or without tags, stig-p.com reserves the right to deduct the value of the item with up to 100%. Shipping charges on returned items are at the customer’s expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card or paypal account. Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside our control. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. If you would like to make an exchange please send an email to online@stigp.net with a short explanation of your exchange, as well as the order number, to be sure that the item you wish to exchange to is on stock. Upon the acceptance of your exchange you will be given info concerning how to proceed. Upon receipt of package, we will send you the new item as soon as possible. All exchanges are subject to availability.  The items can also be exchanged and returned to our store in Copenhagen, Denmark. Remember to take you order confirmation with you. Refunds are not given back in the store. If you regret an order after placing it, please send a mail to online@stigp.net immediately after so we can cancel it in due time before sending. It is not sufficient to refuse receipt, in this case we will deduct return costs plus handling fee from your return.

RETURN OF ORDER - IN RELATION TO FREE GIFTS
If you have received a free gift with your order, this must always be returned together with your order should you regret your entire purchase, if you keep part of your order the gift must not be returned. If you return your entire order and still choose to keep the gift, its value will be deducted from your refund.

 

The webshop will make a refund within 24 hours. It takes up to 5 business days before the money is transferred depending on your card issuer.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Stig Pedersen ApS gives 2 years of warranty due to the Danish Sales of Goods Act and are applicable from the order confirmation date. The warranty does not include flaws, damage or wear and tear directly and indirectly due to poor handling of the item. You will need to have the order confirmation/receipt to use your warranty rights.
